Return/Refund Policy:

At Adamian Jewelry Designs we pride ourselves when our Customers feel the utmost satisfaction with their purchase. Therefore, all items purchased through Adamian Jewelry Designs are FINAL SALE*. 

If you’re not completely pleased with your order, we will accept returns for store credit within 7 days from the date of delivery. Under no circumstances does Adamian Jewelry Designs provide a monetary refund for any returned items.

Non-Custom items:

Any non-customized purchased items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item and must meet the following criteria described below:

  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.  
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, including original boxes which must also be undamaged and unaltered.

Custom Items:

  • Due to the fact that a personally customized item is made specifically to the ordure’s request and specification, such items are considered Final Sale. We enforce a strict FINAL SALE policy and such items may not be cancelled, returned or exchanged for store credit. These items also include any custom pieces that have initials (singular or plural) or items with names that may or may not be commonly recognized.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We will only accept order cancellations on non-personalized pieces within 24 hours of placing your order. This does not apply to any personalized or customized pieces. 
    • To request a return please email us directly: AdamianJD@Gmail.com 
    • To ensure the  condition and integrity of the item, please return such items in its original packaging. When shipping an item please ensure in a shipping box with protective covering inside the package to avoid any damage that might occur during the shipping process.
    • Ship the item to the address on your RA Form via an insured mail service, such as FedEx or UPS.

 
Please be advised, we will refuse the return if package arrives but is not in compliance with above mentioned steps,
OR if item shows damage due to improper use of required packaging. We are not responsible for return items that are lost or damaged in the mail. 

Adamian Jewelry Designs strongly recommends to insure the package for the cost of the item.

REPAIR POLICY

  • Should your purchased item require repair, Adamian Jewelry Designs will provide such repair that is reasonable based on the repair require within 30 days of purchase. The repair, which is subject to the nature of the damage, will be serviced at no cost to you. 
  • Please contact us at (AdamianJD@Gmail.com) with your order number, a  picture of the damaged item, and a brief message describing the issue and/or service required. 
      • Please Note: All repairs take approx. 15-30 days depending on the repair type and difficulty of the repair. Repairs that require additional resources and/or outside vendors will be subject to longer delay times that will be determined at the time of the repair.  
      • Please Note: Adamian Jewelry Designs is not responsible for label costs, shipping costs and delivery costs associated with the delivery of the damaged item to Adamian Jewelry Designs.
